Zach needs your help!

 

Zach has Duchene Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) & his home needs significant modifications and equipment to make it accessible and comfortable for him as he grows.

Zach loves being a member of the Trinity Heroes training group.

Zach’s Dad, Derek is undertaking a swim challenge, with the help of others, this September to help raise the vital funds they need.
