Minor Teams

On completion of the CCC2 program of games our boys and girls move to the minor grades from under 16 to under 18. These age groups are seen as key player development milestones. From a coaching perspective it is more important than ever to recognise the individual needs of the player and support them on their journey. Participation is still the primary objective during these years and we would encourage our coaches to continue to reference the player pathways outlined for the age groups.
