Our Grasshoppers Nursery

Exercise and participation in sport are a habit, and we believe the best way to build a healthy habit is to start young. As a GAA community club we believe that participation in sport provides opportunities for our children and young people to grow and develop in a healthy way, while experiencing a wide range of social skills and experiences along the way. For us that all starts in our Grasshoppers nursery.

Every Saturday morning up to 200 kids, aged from 4 to 7, make their way to Drumnigh for a fun filled hour of GAA based games and activities. Our open door approach to kids in sport means that every child is welcome. We have over 30 coaches involved in every session, so if you need a helping hand, all you need to do is ask.
